Alonzo in action against the Patriots

After playing college football for the University of Florida, Alonzo Mitz was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the eighth round of the 1986 NFL Draft, and played for the Seahawks from 1986 to 1989. He played the last two seasons of his NFL career for the Cincinnati Bengals in 1990 and 1991. During his six-season NFL career, he played in seventy-one games, started thirty-four of them, and compiled eight quarterback sacks and two interceptions.

Today, Alonzo spends his time playing golf and supporting organizations that work with at-risk youth in the Puget Sound area. Alonzo is a man who is making a difference.
